Stress
•Everyone has experienced stress it is the emotional
process that signifies pressure and internal resistance to growing and
changing.
•Pressure to achieve at a new level
•Resistance against beliefs or values
•Resistance to change behaviour
Stress is
important, it triggers adaptation and growth. It is too much stress for too
long that causes the problems.
It is not
possible to avoid stress. It is possible to control it.
You have
experienced overwhelm when know you are exhausting your reserves of
physical, mental or emotional resources, at the levels of:

Stamina
Performance
Emotions
Beliefs
Values
Overwhelm leads directly to
burn-out if it is not stopped in time.
Burn-out
•
No
one sees burn-out coming. Although there are signs, these appear to be
the reverse of the expected from a rational point of view.
Burn-out is anything but rational.
•
Burn-out can strike after a long period of high performance and
dynamic activity while also coping with stressful situations.
•
Seemingly superhuman performance with a feeling of stamina and
invincibility may signify impending burn-out
and disaster.
Burn-out is exactly
what it says. After there is only one strategy possible . Observation
- patience - redesign - rebuild.
This takes time - a
long time. Working in stressful environments. - Do everything possible
to avoid Burn-out.
